Its not every day that one comes across someone who is patient enough to listen to your 101 questions and come back as promised with an answer. Kiran Dodeja is one of those rare individuals who is calm, composed, patient and definitely an asset for Creative Zone. Myself being a first timer on the business scene, she understood very well on how to make the information and procedures clear, concise, transparent and delivered in a way that was easily understood.
Overall Creative Zone is well organized and goes the extra mile to ensure that their clients are happy with their services. Also worth mentioning is the convenience that they offer, be it document drop-off to the door-step, their exceptionally courteous staff Adnan doing a pick-up for a medical test and also the safety protocols they follow amidst the Covid situation.
If there is one thing however that I could change, it would be that we have to deal with a lot of different 'teams' for different stages of the entire process. I would have preferred if it was just one person from start to finish.
