As usual with Crown Honda of Southpoint, my service took twice as long as I was told it would take (2-1/2 hours turned into 4 +). The really frustrating part is that I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership over the past few years and everytime you pull into the service drive, everyone tries to avoid eye contact with you, then they finally come over to assist. Also, everytime I ask if the shuttle can take me to the mall, they say they will make an announcement but cannot tell you when it will be running. After waiting 45 minutes for the announcement, I ended up getting an Uber to and from the mall. So now, I have had to wait twice as long as I was told and pay to get to and from the mall. I ended up getting some repairs made at Flow Honda in Burlington a few weeks ago as Southpoint said it would be three hours before they could even attempt to diagnose my problem. I found Flow to be much friendlier and accommodating. I intend to purchase my next Honda from them and only deal with Southpoint until I phase out my current cars that are serviced/warrantied by them. I would be fine if these issues were occasional, but over the past two years, this has been the norm at Crown Honda.
