If I could give them 0 stars I would do so. They say that if you are over 40 miles away from a Lithia dealership then call them and they will authorize the vehicle repairs to be done where you live. THIS IS NOT TRUE they requested I travel 140 miles one way from where I live, take a day off work to have the work completed at a Lithia dealership after being told I could have the repairs done elsewhere. DO NOT PURCHASE this extended warranty you will be WASTING YOUR MONEY. Received absolutely no cooperation from this company. This company is a JOKE.
