I purchased a 2005 F-150 about 9 years ago from Helfman Ford. I moved to Rosenberg and had an issue with the driver side power window. It basically just fell to the bottom and I was unable to lift it back up so my window was open the entire time. I took it to Legacy Ford in about 2009 (because I bought the extra warranty) and had to pay the deductible for using my warranty. The window was working for about 2 days and then it happened again. I went back and they told me something else was wrong with the window and what they fixed was not the issue. They said for me not to use the warranty because it was cheaper just paying it out of pocket. It was only about a $5 savings but afterwards I realized, they just didn't want the warranty to notice they were billing them for same exact issue.

The reason I'm writing is because it left a bitter taste in my mouth and I am now trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves. I called the service department and she said i'll be right back. After 13 minutes on hold, I was routed to an answering machine. SMH. Glad I didn't give them a 2nd chance!
