I bought a 2012 Ford Focus from Jim Bright at McCoy Mills Ford in Fullerton. It was one of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. Jim has followed up with me a couple of times, he also helped schedule a return visit to fix a small item on my Ford. The people at McCoy Mills care about your visit there. I have bought many vehicles in my time, do yourself a favor and give McCoy Mills a try you will not be sorry you did.

Update, 5/7/2019
I had my car serviced yesterday. Another great experience, my service adviser Danny had me leave my Focus there and he said he would call me at 3: 00 pm. Sure enough right on time he called. I picked my car up and got the discount because I bought the car at the dealership. I have had nothing but great experiences at this dealership. From top to bottom the people at McCoy Mills Ford are the best. Another big plus they don't try to sell you something you do not need. When I need another vehicle or need service I will continue to visit McCoy Mills.

Update, 11/7/2019
I had my car serviced yesterday it also needed 2 recalls and a couple of things repaired with an extended warranty I purchased when I bought my focus. Danny my service advisor always communicates updates to progress on my car. I will have to return because a part is on back order. Overall I'm very satisfied with the help I get from the staff at McCoy mills Ford. When I replace my car I will return to McCoy Mills Ford to purchase another vehicle. In the meantime I will keep returning to the friendly staff at McCoy Mills Ford In Fullerton for service. If you want to be treated correctly I suggest you stop by and see for yourself.
