Started with excellent customer sales service. Once I signed up the customer service dropped drastically. People don't phone you back or very slow to get back to you (over a few days or weeks).
The back end system was easy enough to learn but its not without its faults. They do have some good features like ebay, filters and data entry was ok but have horrible back end product navigation. I also found the system slow even after being promised a speed up after I had paid.
Accounts dept have no idea what they are doing. Mistakes being made the first day of service. No refund given either even after being promised one.
My biggest annoyance is they try and get you to fill out forms or reports of all the issues you have instead of listening to the customer. They really need to learn to manage a customer instead of endless transferring your call and passing it onto someone else. Best to avoid and use a designer directly.
