Called to get 2 tires fixed. They said to just come in. Got there at 11AM one tire was easily patched the other needed to be replaced. Ok so they told me 1-2 hours and will be good to go. He didn't offer a loaner car or a ride. I finally asked him at 2:30 how much longer he said the tire wasn't even there yet! No heads up I finally asked for a car, he didn't think there was any available. So my only day off this week was spent in the waiting room for 4 1/2 hours to fix 2 tires. Was very disappointed. I have been there before and have never been disappointed.
