My mother has had 2 stays at this facility (both on shirt stay). I am writing this review averaging both stays.
The staff and facility are pretty good. Communication i will rate as 5 as they will communicate with you as soon as they can and always answer your questions. 4 for the facility, looks cozy but still has a vibe of hospital but that s normal. My mother rates the physical therapy as 5 . However, she checked in negative Covid, and right before discharge she tested positive and was quarantined. I would have no hesitation to admit my mom at Archstone if she would need to go again in the future. They are good people and try hard. That s what makes the difference from other facilities.
