Very incompetent and they cover up mistakes by not taking responsibility. In the meantime I am still rehabilitating after a year and a half because people do not bother to take complaints seriously. In addition, 'advice' received that my complaints so aggravated that I am now half crippled. And they are also not afraid to deny this / lie hard about it. Disgraceful business!
