Since we also wanted to explore the north of Tenerife, we stayed for 3 days in Mencey. Conclusion in advance: the perfect city hotel in Santa Cruz. The room on the 3rd floor to the courtyard was sufficiently spacious and for a city hotel wonderfully quiet. Pool area with bar and snacks very pleasant in the afternoon to relax after the tours. Right on the edge of the city center with short walks in the evening in one of the many tapas bars. Ideal location for Tenerife North!

Service: many thanks to you all! Perfect service. I myself am usually involved with many clients on a daily basis and I know how difficult it is often to be friendly. Kudos to the whole team (reception, housekeeping, gardeners, waiters, cooks, etc).
