Beautiful resort, but pricey. I have to be honest...

Beautiful resort, but pricey. I have to be honest I have stayed at places that are less fancy but with better quality. When I was there, both Jacuzzis and steam room we're not working, hopefully this will be different for you. The bathroom tub , Was a bit dirty with what looks like remnants of paint or dirt that are cemented into the tub structure, possibly related to hurricane Irma. The food also at all restaurants there including Prime restaurant, Market Place and tiki bar were not good at all.The staff as well as all of the Hotel residence, know this and that is why all the restaurants are empty unfortunately. The prices for food at the resort are extremely expensive $$$. I had to find other places to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The reception and Wi-Fi are also problematic here and it was very difficult to make contact with anyone outside of this Resort. Again the view was very beautiful and it is a fancy resort. I am hopeful that with time this resort will become much better and hopefully the issues mentioned above will be resolved. Otherwise breathtaking views and would recommend you to try it out. This is an honest review.
