The customer service agents were kind and helpful when I contacted them. However, I broke my ankle and I was charged $280 ($45 from other sellers) for a mid-calf height walking boot!!! I was shocked that National DME could even stomach charging such an astronomical rate. My insurance refused to cover it. This company is robbing people blind for assistive devices that they need in order for their bodies to heal. It's shameful and embodies everything that is wrong with American capitalism/healthcare.
