My wife and I purchased our first Class C from the Ocala location. Over the phone the service was great, the financing portion of our transaction was performed over the phone and email which was great. Unfortunately we did get butterflies when we weren t able to get details of our finance options over the phone but I guess that s the name of the game to get you to visit the lot (I think this is was the biggest turn off and the reason I can t give optimum a five star rating. Especially when I stated multiple times that it would be a five hour drive with three very young kids.) Aside from that hiccup the process of negotiations, the walkthrough of our unit, and driving off the lot was flawless. The on-location shop was great for purchasing the essentials.
