We toured the park in the opposite direction from the usual tour and found it very nice and clean, well cared for and pleasant. It is an immersion in nature and its sounds, incredible to think that you are in the heart of the chaotic capital!
The animals are all clean and well kept, as demonstrated by the fact that different species show off their puppies were born in the park, and some are always admired even during breastfeeding intimacy offering unique emotions! All wonderful until you reach the area dedicated to wolves and great apes.
Wolves are truly sacrificed in a ridiculous space, I have seen 4 in a space that would have been just enough for the same number of hunting dogs; wolves in the wild have a vast hunting area, it really is a pain to see them go back and forth with making obsessive, bored and nervous, visibly to the limits of endurance.
In front of the fence of the great apes I almost started to cry: two beautiful creatures apathetic, lethargic, with the blank stare ... abandoned and unused games by saddest animals I've ever seen. Even when one of the attendants jelly has repeatedly stimulated Martina to get up, to go to meet the food, nothing ... the animal did not respond either to the primary sense of hunger, his sister in the meantime had moved to the food, she nothing ... continued to stare into space and give some slight hint of annoyance.
What a magone!
It seems incredible that a few meters from there the smallest happy little monkeys carry their puppies while here ... what a desolation! Perhaps it would be to review their presence in the park, as well as that of the wolves ... if the environments are forcing the animals in a state of true captivity maybe you should dedicate to other animals who are content rather than segregating creatures so smart ...
Other than that, a really nice experience, but with a really bitter ending ...
