Zero stars. My son is in peril in this place. Can't contact staff. Want to pull him out now I'm told I have to fill out a form and wait 72 hrs before I can take him out. DE state police told me I am 3rd family this week that contacted them in effort to pull their child out of deplorable conditions. I will be contacting a lawyer.
