I called this company to come out and give a flooring estimate for leveling and installing porcelain tile in my entire house. I waited in my car, running the air for one hour and 45 minutes, and he did a no - show. He was due at 4:00 to 5:00, and at 4:30, I called the office because no one had called saying they're on the way and the receptionist said he's still coming and he'll call when he's about there. So, at 5:05 he still wasn't there, so I called the office back, only to get a recording they're closed. I waited a little longer in case he got held up, and finally left at 5:45. I called the office the next day, requesting the manager, and the receptionist wouldn't let me talk to him, and said she will forward the message. Then, she had the nerve to ask if I want to reschedule. Ummm, NO. They just lost thousands of dollars of business.
