All I needed to do was edit my current credit card...
All I needed to do was edit my current credit card info...easy, right? WRONG!!! Couldn't get online to do it (wouldn't recognize my username name or password). Rep sent me a password "recovery code" ...didn't work.
He said he would reset it and call me back in two days since it takes that long for the system to acknowledge new code. No call back. Every department I called today including technical support AND the main office on Bethel St. said, "No one is available to assist you" AND there would be at least a 20 min. wait ...REALLY? I had already waited 28 mins. on hold waiting for someone to respond.
The inaccessibility to get a customer service rep to assist customer's STINKS!!! The ability to update credit card info STINKS!!! After all, when I needed to update Time Warner, it took all of 2 mins. A rep answered right away, took the new exp.date and 3 digit code over the phone...done!!!
Hawaiian Tel and in particular Scott Barber, Pres. & CEO ... shame on you for such LOUSY customer service!!!
