Marcus Kennedy of ARC misrepresented this listing and let me sink almost $3000 into the purchase only to tell me the day before closing that it was involved in a bankruptcy. They knew what they were doing. They wanted to get me "on the hook" with expenses to give them time to sort out their problems with the court. VERY SHADY PEOPLE.....STEER CLEAR..... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ARC!

ONE STAR BECAUSE ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION.
