Well here's the deal with yesterday. First lemme say I'm a big fan of the place, I like the selection and most importantly the products they use to cultivate with are in tune with my own style. No b.s. just mother natures own goodness. So I see a flyer as I walk in and check it out. Sweet deals so I make my selection of some Fruity Pebbles OG nd the guy says a price higher than the flyer so I asked about it and they had no idea. First the flyer states some ambiguous 3-7/10 p.m. or something. He asked the other bud tender and he was also unaware so he said he needed to ask his manager. Upon return he said it was for an event happening on July 10th and that they didnt make the flyer, someone else did. He also went on to say that this had happened multiple times already and the other patrons were told the same thing. Now I run a small business and when I have promotional I'm very clear as to their date and time as well as the specifics of the deal. This ensures that the customer is given appropriate information to make their selections by. Now I also feel that they should have discounted the item requested to the sale price and pulled the flyers afterwards to amend the details and then put them out with the correct info and dates.
As I said I'll be back because I like these guys alot but sure feels like they missed the ball on customer service this time. Shame too because that strain sounded awesome.
