Horrible customer service. The room we ordered for our wedding night was not as it was described on the website. When I complained to the hotel manager, I got no apology. They offered to upgrade our room for "only" $250. I said that was unacceptable. The only other thing they offered was free parking. What the hell, parking wasn't included in the overpriced room already? This place is garbage and completely ignorant when it comes to customer service.
