Never got further than the first phone call, I called to make appt for a 2nd opinion. I was basically told to call a different office or call my insurance because they aren't shoulder specialist, (I never asked for a specialist or mentioned needing one) VERY rude, uncaring and completely unhelpful. I certainly hope the Doctors are more caring then the front office staff.. What a shame :(
