Horrible experience. Super flaky. My husband called and talked to five people about doing a canoe breakfast and they promised that they would do it on our last day at the Sofitel. He called and went and checked with them three different times to make sure and they promised they could do it and then last minute totally flaked. Soooo unprofessional. Go stay at the Hilton!!!!! They have much better service and will actually remember things and do what you ask them to do. Other people told us to stay at the Hilton and we should have listened. Take my word for it. I m so disappointed. Not worth your money to stay at the Sofitel in Mo orea.
