I have been a patient at Hinds for some time now. I ll start with the front desk. The front desk is rude, sad to say I am use to the light skinned one on the left. I have complained to the office manager who can t do anything with her staff seems like it. I have complained several times with no changes made. There has been a high turnover with my doctors AND therapist. I recently found out that my current provider is leaving AGAIN! As well as my therapist. (What are y all doing to the GOOD people?!) This will be about my 4th or fifth one. I have throughly enjoyed Mrs. Tempestt Butler. She s personable, attentive, & respectful. She even sees my cousin children and have made a difference with them too. They should hire more doctors and front desk workers like her.
