I can t blame everyone there for what happened to ...

I can t blame everyone there for what happened to me and my wife. But, the people we dealt with are as crooked as they come. We walked in this car dealership already pre-approved by our bank and we knew what vehicle we wanted to negotiate for. Besides the deceitful strategy used by the three sales people what was really shocking is what happened last. The sales person I won t name but I do know it told me and my wife that a soft credit hit due to the patriot act is required. So we were okay with that, but right when the salesperson walked out of the office, both me and my wife got an alert on our credit karma app on our phones indicating a hard inquiry. When we confronted the salesperson of his actions he had a look on his face like he got caught with his hands in the cookie jar. That salesperson walked away when I told him that was wrong and deceitful. Another salesperson came out and was on the aggressive side talking over us did not want to hear about the illegal inquiry. Most salespeople want to keep you there to try and close the deal but this guy was quick to say well you can leave cause it s late and he wanted to get home to his family. What was supposed to be a great gift for my wife turned into a stressful night. I ve tried calling the last three days a no one is taking my call serious because no one is returning my calls but one time, which ironically I could not answer as I was on the phone with the Attorney Generals office. Not even three minutes after I hung up I tried calling back and again voicemail. If it wasn t for having Credit karma on our phones we probably would have not known for several days this took place.
