Don t know whether to laugh or cry at this so called Service the company provides. I am not one to write reviews but for RMG to take up to 4 months to order a fob because they failed to post it to the right flat is somewhat shambolic. This company also has a good reputation of falsely accusing leaseholders for not making payment, they then send your details to a Dept collection agent without any prior request is very disappointing. The admin/account department need to fix up!
