I had a great experience working with Oscar Masias from the service department at automation. He was very informative about helping me through the process of fixing my car. He always called me and assured me that they were doing everything necessary to fix my car. Additionally, he was very helpful and friendly during a stressful time for me. I appreciated his desire to help a costumer.
