Extremely unprofessional experience. I called this dealership to sell my car after getting an offer via autonation. I talked to a so called used car manager and i explain my situation. I dont have the title, but i have a current registration confirming me as a registered owner. I specifically ask if that may be an issue and the so called manager said no problem, when can you come? i made an appointment, took the time to drive, only to be told by another person assigned by the so called manager (he apparently was not there that day, yet emailed me about confirming and meeting me that day) that i will need the title to do the sale. complete waste of time. but thanks to them in a way, i sold my car to another company for nearly 2k more. i already shared with friends and people i help shop cars not to go to this dealership.
