They have really high interest rates. You can pay less if you get it elsewhere. They removed my GPS device after I paid off the car, and the backlight on my speedometer stopped working (i couldn't read it at night) after they removed it. They refused to fix it and told me I was lying about it. I had to pay for someone else to fix it even though they caused it.
