The worst room ever! Nothing going for this hotel ...

The worst room ever! Nothing going for this hotel except its location.

The room was dated (imagine 1980's). Room carpets ... looks the age with stains and worn out. Toilet? Forget about it. Sofa comes with complimentary stains. No one dared to sit on it. We were very shocked that this was the standard for a 5 star Swissotel.

Preview of the room from their website? Im quite sure we were mislead by the pictures. We had to double take and enquire if we were given the lower classed room instead of the room we booked.

Even our 5yr old commented that the room was the worst of the five other hotels we have been in during our trip.

For the price we paid, this experience definitely made all of us feel short changed. If we could we would give this hotel a minus star rating. Is it even possible?
