Customer service was none existent. I booked a table for four the evening before for 9.15pm and requested a booth seating arrangement. We arrived on time and were being shown to a table away from the booths so I pointed out that I had requested a booth and I was told, we try to fulfill request but they are not always possible. I pointed out a vacant booth which was reluctantly cleared of used tableware and from then on we had very poor service. We had to wait for each course longer than normal in a Beefeater and each time we had to catch a waiter as they were passing to get more drinks and the desert course. Staff need reminding and refresher training that without returning customers they will be out off work. We will not be returning!!
