Aside from having a driver that is friendly and helpful and always willing to load my pallets, whether or not I've set it up in advance, N&M went above and beyond today. I had set up a pallet with them for nationwide shipment and I loaded it on their regular truck instead of on the 3rd party truck they set up for me. When it arrived at their yard, they called me about it and confirmed that I had loaded it wrong. 2 days later it was on the way to where it needed to go... I did it wrong and they made it right.
