I would stay there again. Lots of trees which is unusual for a private park and a nice dog walking trail. No AT&T or Verizon signal. Office has a Verizon booster. They have music/karaoke on weekends. Not sure bc was gone all day. There's a very good restaurant a few miles away, you'll know it because it was the only one on the way to Crater Lake. Nature is all around you so make sure you are stocked up. Stayed in 40 ft Class A with toad. Not cramped.
