My husband and I have been looking for new cars for a while now specifically a Jeep because our family is growing and we wanted something with more room. I scheduled an appointment online for the following Saturday at 1. Saturday came, we show up the Jeep was waiting for us out front started and warm. (how ever it was filthy inside and out, I was really shocked they didn t have it cleaned knowing we were arriving and it was missing all floor mats.)
We test drive it around the block, it drive great in the end we liked it it was a fair price for a Jeep and everything it came with I felt I was t downgrading from my Lexus. Anyway, I m not new to the car buying process I know it takes a while but this took waaaaaay way way way to long. We were there for nearly 5 hours. (1-5:50pm.) It was ridiculous. I noticed people going in and getting new cars with in an hour or 2 so that was irritating.
(At least they had that sweet shop dog cooper to keep our son entertained majority of the time.)
We finally got everything done and over with
They washed the Jeep and at cleaned up the inside the best they could. I asked was if they could order floor mats for the Jeep for us since we were purchasing a vehicle, told us no which was annoying but what ever proceeded to tell me to look an amazon.
I also asked if they could fill Up the car with gas before they handed over the keys because when we got there the sales rep explained that the owner had been driving that particular Jeep for personal use so it was low on gas, they said yes they would fill it. put a quarter of a tank which was REALLLY suprising to me. Probably about $20 if that. (I ve never purchased a car from anywhere and had them not fill up the tank for me, it actually really bugged me.) when I mentioned something the sales rep then said well we have limits on what we can put on the card so I did what it would let me do I said okay....? Before we left I had questions with some of the features and he didn t really know about any of the features I had questions on soooo that was kinda frustrating also the Jeep needed an oil change I mentioned that they said yeah you can take it to a jiffy lube and get that taken care of. Hahaha at that point I was just over it and ready to leave.
At the end of the day the Jeep is fine. It s nice. It s a Jeep.
Our experience was subpar. Idk if We will ever buy another vehicle from them simply because the experience was not the best.
I wish I had better things to say.
