bought my flex steel couches there great customer service and great design consultant and great delivery personnel so i went back and bought a dinning room table everything went fine only one chair had damage i had to wait for a technician see if it can be fix well we see i would expect that they would just order a new one when you pay almost 4000 you don't want someone to fix it i know the screws are strip they fell out and the seat is separated from part of the base why should i wait sounds like i went to rooms to go
