I am a CUSTOMER and I wanted to share my experience with Graustic. Overall, I had an average experience with their services. The website at graustic.cat was easy to navigate, but I encountered a few issues during the checkout process. The customer support team was helpful in resolving my queries, but the response time could be improved. The products I purchased were of good quality and delivered on time. I would recommend Graustic to others, but with the expectation of average service.
