Vegas was re- opening so we decided to take a trip...

Vegas was re- opening so we decided to take a trip to support the Vegas economy. We booked a flight into the Grand Canyon on May 28 for our trip June 11-14. We reserved our trip , had a confirmation number and was told we would be billed prior to the actual flight.
Well a week before the trip I emailed them asking when , where , how am I to make payment . No reply from the company . I emailed them again about 3 days prior to us flying out. Still no reply. I finally contacted them via phone on 6-09-2020 and was told their system was down and they took down my confirmation number and that they would contact me when their system was up and running. Well you guessed it...... nothing.... no reply. Needless to say we will not be flying with this company.
