Had the displeasure of working at the solar site up here in Sanford, Maine. For a company that is constantly pushing safety, they sure have an odd way of showing it. A huge percentage of the employees I worked with were ex-convicts with multiple felonies. As in more than half of them have histories of drug possession, distribution, domestic violence and weapons possession. I've had multiple employees offer to sell me drugs on site. Whenever they have a surprise drug test, the employees have containers of fake urine tied to the inside of their thighs. This company is definitely willing to risk the safety of it's workers so that they can save money.
