Poor service. I have a set of Beaufort Bi-folds that were supplied by a company that have subsequently gone skint and I need to purchase a replacement broken handle, which i can fit myself . I tried two other door companies and they both referred me onto Duration. Complete waste of time. E mailed them the enquiry and after 3 weeks of waiting and chasing they now tell me that their company policy is not to supply spares without a job number.
Obviously not interested in general spares sales - Which in most companies is where good profits are made.
Not impressed at all - how do they know that i'm not the biggest contract buyer of bi folds in the country. ( I'm not by the way!)
If i was M.D. of Duration i would be seriously looking at my aftersales policy and perhaps making myself more money.
Oh well, the search goes on!
