Very, very poor customer service at the hotel. Compared to my experience with other hotels in Cambodia, the lack of hospitality was astounding.

I actually decided to leave one day earlier. Rather than ask me about my experience at their hotel, or my reasons for leaving earlier, the only thing they had to say was that I will be getting charged the full amount.
