With all the high reviews of this dealership and staff it is a shame that my experience was disappointing. My car salesman (Juan) does not take the extra step in customer service and made me feel like I didn't matter once my contract was signed and I drove off the lot. The very same day I bought my car I emailed him asking if he could check my trade in for my gate key and no response. He could've even lied and said my car was already in auction but nothing. Weeks go by and there is an issue with my trade being paid off so I texted him this time. Again no response. Recently I go to pick up my license plates and he just hands them to me. I have worked at several dealerships in the Houston area and this is my first time seeing a salesman not put the plates on himself or grab somebody from service. All these little things are what make customers return to dealerships. A total of a few minutes or even seconds of his time could have made the experience superior especially when every drive I make there is an hour and a half. It is unfortunate because we don't have a mazda dealership anywhere near my town and people have been obsessed with my car and interested. I will definitely recommend Mazda to them but not the person who sold me mine. I know that I was an easy customer. I knew my exact color, trim, package I wanted and even bought the car with higher payments than I budgeted for with no haggling or being difficult so I can't imagine why he wouldn't want my return business and referrals.
