In the beginning of April, my father fell very ill and was hospitalized at Providence. He was on his last couple days of life and the staff was absolutely amazing! They kept him comfortable, and took such good care of him. One of the nurses overheard my brother talking about how our dad was a retired fire chief. Her husband is a fire chief so she called him and had him come in. He was dressed in his uniform, and also brought their Chaplin with him. I couldn't believe the love and care that was extended to our family during this time. Our mother was also hospitalized, and because she couldn't make it to see our father, the staff worked it out so that they could skype before he passed. I cannot explain how much it meant to our family that they made our father comfortable, and feeling safe, before he passed. All around I give this hospital a 5 star rating, and the doctors and nurses that helped my father, I cannot thank you enough. Not only did they take care of my father, but they took care of us as well.
