Cauberg Huygen gives inexpert advice.

As private individuals without any knowledge on noise measurements, we have asked engineering firm Cauberg Huygen for advice. One of the advisers from Caubergh Huygen immediately advised a noise investigation without prior personal contact.

This appears to have been a totally wrong advice after we received the investigation report. After we objected this irrelevant report of 3000 euros (!), the lawyer of Cauberg Huygen acknowledged that an entirely different investigation should have been carried out for the case presented by us.

When we requested this suggested investigation, Cauberg Huygen suddenly asked for another 25,000 euros!

We presented our case to 4 other agencies and they all give the same advice that Cauberg Huygen gave us AFTER the first investigation. What is also remarkable is that other agencies charge 750 euros to 1500 euros for this type of investigation. Not only did we received the wrong advice, we also cannot ignore the idea that Cauberg Huygen is trying to make a leap out of people's ignorance. We do not only feel misinformed, but also scammed by engineering firm Cauberg Huygen.
