I paid all the installation charges with my online purchase, and there were no surprise fees from this installer. Ken was so professional and friendly! I dropped my truck off in the morning and came back after work to find my truck looking sexy with its new shoes! Ken and crew called me with the appropriate questions, suggestions, and updates to ensure proper customer care and communication. Upon inspection of my truck, there were no scratches or nicks on the wheels - even found out they hand torque every lug nut to ensure quality.
