I recently sold my home using Adam from Core Assets as my realtor and the experience could not have been better. At every point of the process, I felt well supported and no detail was overlooked. I never felt pressured and the thing I admire most is that Adam and his team take the time to do their homework and provide options. I've sold properties before and promises were made, with no real consultation, leaving me with the impression that all was well in hand. Adam moves quickly, but your opinion and desired strategy is taken into account, which makes the experience pleasant. The service was also top notch. From open houses, to showings, to follow-ups and just getting the property ready, Adam took an active role and didn't leave it all hanging on me as the seller - he even went above and beyond by arranging for trades, staging, and providing guidance and decision making on my behalf. The level of support, grounded in fact, makes the process a whole lot easier. This is the second time i've used Adam as my realtor and I almost want to sell another house given how stress-free he made the experience. I would strongly recommend Core Assets to anyone selling a house.
