I took my 2020 outback in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to get a vibrating sound in the sunglasses holder, and loose sound in the door checked out. I got my car back 2 1/2 hours after the appointment I was told that the mechanic could not find either the buzzing sound coming from the sunglass holder, nor did he notice any strange noise with the door my car was given back to me as if the noises were just in my head. There was no attempt made to call me out to the car to point the noises out to the mechanic I had to make that suggestion about the door, but by that point I d been there nearly 3 hours and had to move on. I got in my car drove away and immediately noticed the buzzing sound coming from the sunglass holder, shortly after that I received a warning that my tires were low they didn t even check my tire pressure they were completely fine before I got there. I had also pointed out some wrinkles in the upholstery the service rep told me that it was normal, despite the fact that it is occurring in some places where the stitching is identical to other places and not occurring in symmetrical locations, it s clearly an anomaly.
