I m here to thank Mr. Ian, Mr. Siva Kumar and Mr. Rahim to help processing my visa and Emirates ID, they are professional and attentive, I can see that they put a lot of efforts and time to follow up my case and other clients problems. It s my pleasure to have them for help.
From making the visa here in Dubai, there were many problems due to the government system technical problems, I was feeling sorry to make so many difficulties to Ian, Rahim and Siva that they helped me to communicate with the immigration officers, drive me for so many times and change the documents again and again. Even though my case was tough but they never said anything negatively and they were so patient to help. I was impressive and I was so appreciating them.
Then I got my visa and EID card, I thought that everything was done well and then I went applying my bank account and other stuffs, there was another issue appeared, it made me so frustrating. My EID could not be read and there was no biometric information! I thought that I could not get help from Creative Zone as my case was already finished but when they knew about my problem, they helped me immediately and just focusing on how to deal with the problem, that showing their professionalism very well and I was so admired.
It s specially thank for Siva to drive and ask for so many immigration centres from different places as there are many different sayings to tell him to find solutions from different centres, I cannot imagine how he can drive for 3 different districts a day in Dubai.
Today, I went to Al Barsha centre with Siva and the immigration officer needed me to pay again and apply for the replacement of my EID. (actually it s not my fault but I still need to pay) However, it was not an easy thing as I needed to apply online and then to do the biometric process again. The computer system there was not working, they blocked their own internet due to the safety issue, then I used my phone to apply online, downloading the apps and then made the registration but everything was not easy as the apps was always showing error, crashes, timeout and I needed to refill the information again and again, until to the payment process, I could not pay due to the error showing on the screen just NOT . This journey was processing for at least 3 hours, Siva didn t complain anything and he was staying with me and be so patient to see what could he help, I was also touching as he comforted me to prepare me a cup of cappuccino because I was starving at that moment. Ian also called us for following up our case and see if there were other backend supports, thanks Ian and Siva very much!
Finally, the manager in the Al Barsha centre helped me and then we spent a lot of time to finish the biometric process. Even though my card is still having issue and I can t receive it yet, Ian and Siva are struggling to seek for solutions and trying their best to overcome the problems, I m feeling lucky and thankful to have all of them. Thanks for Creative Zone to give these professional specialists for help and I hope that if there is any promotion internally in the future, please remember Mr. Ian, Mr. Siva and Mr. Rahim as they gave a lots of efforts to help the clients and represent the company really well.
