I had the worst experience at the encore hotel. I got the room from their website and on the checkout page it asked what time you are checking in and chose 7AM and My plan got change I came earlier than 7AM and I called the room reservation and they changed to 3 AM and When I got there They told me that reservation time is just base on availability of the room and I have to wait and If I don t want to wait I have to pay extra $429 plus tax and services which will be more than $500 just for checking out at the time which they did put on the system. I tried to get room from other Hotel most of their reservation offices were closed till morning and on I was on the street feeling like homeless ... very unprofessional service and they don t care about their customers safety. All I wanted to just making money out their own misleading customers on their website checkout. I am so disappointed just be ware of it and don t let them to fool you.
