Pros: lots of room, nice staff, close to Disney Sp...

Pros: lots of room, nice staff, close to Disney Springs and non-Disney affordable restaurants
Cons: outdated appliances that were noisy, our phone didn't work, lights were out in room when we checked in, very old TV with a remote that barely worked, not much to do in property, rooms could have been cleaner

Also, they would not let us load our own cart with luggage to check out and we waited 20 minutes. Not a good policy.

If I had to stay here again I would, however, we will be trying another property next time.

If they updated their rooms and appliances and made staying there a bit more exciting, we would be back next time.
