Just had the worst customer service experience the...

Just had the worst customer service experience there. We are enclosing our covered patio to make it a three season room. We waited in line for about a half an hour listening to someone behind the counter taking care of someone who was ordering one or two doors. It sounded as if they were being very thorough. A second customer service assistant walks in and asks if we need help. I reply yes, I would liked to get a quote for doors and windows. Assistant: well do you know what you want. I say yes. Long pause. Assistant: (irritated) Do you want interior or exterior? I say all exterior. Long pause again. Assistant: (even more irritated) Wood? Vinyl? At this point my wife and I realize he doesn't want to work with us. I've estimated we were going to spend $4000 on windows and doors and probably another $1000 on lumber. Well, they lose out.
