An Austin gem! Not only is the food really good, but the environment is unique and exciting. The only draw back is that there is typically a wait, but they have a first come, first serve area. Plus, there's a chips+salsa station to ease the pain of waiting. Their chips are heavenly and go perfectly with salsa or the creamy jalepeno sauce (Ranch dressing's hotter sister). The mexi-cobb salad is my favorite; its got a lot of avocado and is a little spicy from the green chiles. The enchiladas are pretty good, too. The Veggie Enchiladas have enough flavor that you don't need meat to be satisfied. Wash all of this down with one of their margaritas- tasty but watch out, they're strong. Finally, you can show off your great experience by purchasing an unique Chuy's t-shirt.
